      HFKH Rapid Boiling Drying Technology

         Introduction   
      Adopting the new and combined type of material-raising device to rapidly dry materials through high temperature thermal medium, HFKH rapid boiling drying technology can be used for various feeding materials with particle size ≤40~60mm and moisture ≤15~60%, such as slag, fly ash, coal, yellow sand, and quartz sand in building material industry; desulfurization gypsum in power industry; lignite in coal industry; ardealite and carbide slag in chemical industry; fine ore and tailings in beneficiation industry; papermaking and municipal mud treatment, etc.
      Compared with traditional dryer, HFKH rapid boiling drying technology output is enhanced by 80~120%, coal consumption decreases by 40~60%, and the unit volume evaporation intensity  reaches 80~120kg/m3h. Its various technical indexes have reached international advanced level, with simple operation and stable running. This technology has acquired State Invention Patent (Patent No: ZL91109965.4; main classification number of International Patent: F26B 17/30) in 1998, and has won numerous honors including the Third Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress, the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in Building Material Industry, the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in Anhui Province.  More than 500 sets of this equipment have been used at home and abroad with wide recognition.

         Characteristics   

      • The material-raising device structure inside the dryer is novel and unique, and it can be changed and arranged according to different materials, with multiple functions including guiding, flow equalizing, material blocking, etc., which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency between material and hot air. 
      • The boiling furnace, which is coal-saving and of high temperature, can completely burn inferior coal and coal gangue whose slag will be sent out mechanically. This boiling furnace is equipped with co-firing desulfurization device with SO2 emission ≤20mg/Nm3. 
      • The drying system adopts specific bag filter with outlet concentration ≤30mg/Nm3; the bag adopts   German made filtering material with long service life. 
      • Steam is returned and recycled through water condensation system. 
      • The whole drying system is completely mechanized and controlled by instruments.
